The system is a for profit system so "mistakes" increase profits. The more the better. It also increases profits for the judicial system. Since there is no accountability the only looser is the American citizen.

The immigration "crisis" is not intended for just immigrants, it's intended for all who are dissenters to the state. The enforcement is following Nazi Germanys ethnic cleansing policies with advanced surveillance technology.

ICE and DHS are already using facial-recognition and biometric tools despite known accuracy and bias problems, and privacy advocates call that a dangerous erosion of civil liberties. Systems built without accountability inevitably expand enforcement reach, not protect citizens.
Errors or otherwise, I don't approve of something so invasive, like facial recognition; especially not in the hands of entities I completely distrust.
